I am currently in the middle of reading Food Americana by David Page. It explains the history of all the different foods that are currently considered American food. Though I've only read about a third of the book, it has already succeeded in grasping my full attention. I am from the U.S. but I've never really thought about the origins of the foods of my country. This book explains every single detail so I recommend it even if you are not from the U.S.
1st Recipe Presentation
Hello there. :) For our Food Seminar, we each made a presentation about a recipe of our choice. I decided to make mine about a dish that is very memorable to me. I've been eating spam musubies since I was little. The musubies my dad make are the best in the business in my opinion! Here are the slides on how to make spam musubies.
